VBC - Centralised Account Payment

Centralised Account Payments allows VBC users the ability to not only consolidate monthly bills for a single payment, but also the ability to store statements from creditors in a folder system which is easily accessible from anywhere in the world.

Centralised Account Payments allows the VBC user to set up " designated payees" in a simple format that allows participating creditors to remit statements to the Centralised Account Payments portal.

VBC users will then receive an SMS when each statement arrives and users can then use various bearer technologies, such as: Web, IVR, SMS, to determine the amount the user wishes to pay for each creditor and make one instruction to pay.

The user's account will be debited for the aggregated amount and each creditor will be paid the specified value.  To be released at the end of Q2, 2006.
